Is Whole Team free?
Yes, for clubs, forever. Parents pay their subs through it with one clear fee line; that's how we're paid.
Does my child need an account?
No. Under-13s never have a login; you answer for them. From 13 a login is possible with your permission, and it's off by default.
Does it work for rugby, netball, cricket?
Football, rugby, cricket, hockey, netball, tennis and padel at launch, with each sport's age-grade rules built in.
Is there advertising?
We never sell ads or your data. Clubs can show their own sponsors to adult members if they choose.
Can we leave?
Any time. One click exports everything the club owns, free.
