About Whole Team
Whole Team is the whole club in one app, for the volunteers who run grassroots sport and the families who turn up every week.
Clubs run on group chats, spreadsheets and goodwill. Parents answer the same question in 3 places, coaches chase availability on a Friday night, and treasurers chase subs for months. Whole Team puts the teams, the families, the fixtures and the money in one place, with one short digest a day instead of a stream of messages.
It is built for children's sport first: no advertising, no data sales, no direct messages and no accounts for under-13s. Clubs use it free; we are paid a small, visible fee line on payments made through it.
Whole Team was started by David Godfrey and is being built with a pilot club before it opens to everyone.
