Run a tournament without the spreadsheet

Clubs enter your tournament straight from their squads. You set the pitches and timings, the draw fills the grid, and when you publish, every fixture lands in the entered families' apps. Scores go on a public page with no ads and no children's names. The organiser tools are free.

Questions

What does it cost to run a tournament?
The organiser tools are free. If you charge entry fees, they are collected in the app with one clear fee line; free-entry events cost nobody anything.
Will children's names appear on the public page?
No. The public fixture page shows team names and scores only, with no login and no ads.
Who can enter scores?
You decide: yourself, a named referee, or a group such as all coaches in a group. Every change is stored with who made it and when.
Do teams have to be on Whole Team to take part?
Clubs enter from their squads in the app. The tournament tools arrive before launch; tell us about your event and we will work through it with you.
Which formats are supported?
Round robin, groups then knockout, straight knockout, and pools then tiered knockouts such as cup, plate and bowl.
