Coaches are volunteers with a day job. Whole Team shows you who said In, lets you pick the sheet with standbys in a couple of taps, and tells the families the moment it matters. On match day you see the note a parent left for today, and after it you mark who came.

Questions
- Can I answer for a player?
- Yes. The record shows you answered, and the family isn't asked twice.
- What stops a child playing after a head knock?
- A stand-down: the reason and the date they can play again. Until then the selection page won't let them be picked, and a guardian confirms it with one tap.
- Can I see medical details?
- Only what a guardian writes for the coach on the day, plus an emergency contact, shown on the event page on the day of the event. There is no medical form.
- Do I get a notification for every message?
- No. Team chat never sends a notification. You get one digest a day, and a notification only for cancellations, moves, selection and announcements.
- What will Coach Pro cost?
- One price per club per year covering all its coaches. The price is set at launch.
