Club Plus

Club Plus adds the club's sponsors banner and the treasurer's export. Everything else, including payments, the tea hut, cash and QR sales, and the shop, is free for every club.

How a club gets Club Plus

A club is Club Plus when any of these is true:

  • 20 or more payments have gone through Whole Team in the last 12 months (card, bank debit, pay by bank or QR; refunded payments don't count);
  • it is a registered charity (a charity number in Club settings);
  • it is a registered community amateur sports club (CASC, ticked in Club settings);
  • the yearly Club Plus fee is paid.

Whole Team checks every club overnight, so a change shows the next day. The treasurer's page says whether the club is Club Plus and why.

What it adds

  • Sponsors: up to three sponsor names and logos in a banner at the top of the club page, for adult members only. Add and change them under Club identity.
  • The export: the treasurer's CSV of payments.

When Club Plus ends

Nothing is hidden or deleted. The sponsor banner stays on the club page and the sponsors stay listed, but adding and changing them pauses, and the export button is switched off, each with a line saying why. Club admins get one line in their digest when it ends. There is no countdown and no reminder.

Good to know

  • The yearly fee isn't set yet (principle 34: prices stay open until a real club's numbers exist).
  • Logo and colours stay free for every club.
