Entering scores at the pitch
The organiser and the scorers they nominate enter scores from a phone at the side of the pitch. Each score shows on the public page straight away.
Who can enter scores
- The organiser can always enter scores.
- On the competition page, under Scorers, the organiser chooses Who (a person, or every coach and manager of an entered team) and chooses Nominate. Remove takes a scorer off.
Entering a score
- Open the competition and choose Enter scores at the pitch. The button shows once the competition is published.
- Find the game. Each side has big − and + buttons.
- Set the score and choose Send, for example Send 2–0. The card then says Sent 2–0.
- Send again whenever the score changes. You don't have to wait for the final whistle.

When the signal drops
Every score is saved on your phone before it's sent. If there's no signal, the screen says "Waiting for signal: 1 score will send when you're back online." Keep the page open. The score sends by itself when the signal comes back. If you send a game twice while offline, only the latest score goes.
Correcting a score
Send the right score. Nothing is overwritten: every score is kept with who entered it and when, and the public page shows the latest.
