The counts on Home
Whole Team counts six things, so we can tell whether the product works. Your club can see its own counts under Club > Numbers.
The six
| Counted | When | |---|---| | Signed in | An adult signs in, by code, passkey, Apple or Google | | Club set up | A club is created | | Availability answered | Someone taps In, Maybe or Out | | Digest opened | Someone opens their digest screen | | Payment made | A payment is recorded | | Data downloaded | Someone downloads the club's data or their own |
Nothing else is counted, anywhere.
What a count is, and is not
A count is: which of the six, which adult's account, which club, and when.
A count is not: what the answer was, which child it was for, what was in a message, what was paid, or anything typed. None of that is in the table, so none of it can be read from it.
Nothing about a child is ever counted. A child under 13 has no account, and a 13 to 17 login is refused by the database itself before a count can be written.
Reading the page
A week to a row, and one column for each of the six. "12 from 5" means twelve times, by five different people.
Where it goes
Into our own database, in the UK, and nowhere else. There is no analytics service, no tracking pixel and no third-party script anywhere in Whole Team, on the website or in the app. Counts are kept for 13 months and then removed, which is in the retention policy.
Who can see it
Anyone who manages members at your club. Coaches, treasurers and parents cannot, and the database refuses them even if they go looking.
