Teamer has closed. Here's how to get your team going again.

Teamer closed on 5 October 2026, and teams couldn't take their lists with them. Whole Team does the same weekly jobs, and a team takes about 10 minutes to set up. Nothing to pay to use it.

Set up your club

What you had

What you had, and where it is here.

  • Who's coming. Every training session and match asks one question, and families answer In, Maybe or Out with one tap. Saying you're in, and seeing who is
  • Fixtures, and how to get there. The venue is on every event, with a Directions link that opens the phone's own maps. Where it is, and when to be there
  • One place to talk. Each team has a team chat, an announcements thread and a thread on every event. There are no direct messages, and team chat never buzzes anyone's phone. Team chat, announcements and event threads
  • Subs, straight to the club's bank. Families pay by card through the club's own Stripe account. Our fee is 1%, capped at £5, with nothing on payments under £5, and the club chooses whether parents pay it or the club does. Taking money: setting up, subs, the fee line and refunds
  • Photos, with faces blurred on the phone. Each team has one photo board a season. A child appears only if their guardian has said yes. Every other face is blurred on the phone, before anything is sent. Photos: pictures from the touchline

Three steps

Rebuilding without an export, in three steps.

  1. 1. Set up your club and your first team. Five short steps: your club and its sport, the first team, your role, two invites and a first event. About 10 minutes. Setting up a club for the first time
  2. 2. Bring everyone in. Invite people by email, share your team's ask-to-join link, or bring a whole team list across from a spreadsheet: download the template, fill in guardian name, email, team and child, and upload it. Each family gets one invite, and a child is added only when their guardian confirms them. Families can use the app or a browser. Inviting people and importing families
  3. 3. Put the season back in. Add the first training session or match, tick Repeat, and Whole Team makes the rest. Repeating an event

What it costs

Nothing to pay to use it.

We're paid 1% of each payment made through the app, capped at £5, with nothing on payments under £5, shown as its own line to whoever pays. No adverts, ever.
